Our Story
Teale Vella Physiotherapy was founded in 2022 with the vision to redefine healthcare for active individuals, With you at the forefront of care, Teale aims to provide high quality and effective care whilst taking the time to understand you as an individual beyond your injury.
Teale Vella is a trained Physiotherapist focused on helping people and advocating for the health of others. Utilising her experience and extensive knowledge with a Masters in Sports Medicine and post graduate training in Women's Health, Teale is equipped to treat a range of musculoskeletal and sporting conditions as well as pelvic health presentations. Patients of all backgrounds, genders and sporting abilities are welcome to see Teale.
Having worked in the Illawarra for 7 years, Teale is a trusted member of the community. She aims to develop meaningful relationships with her patients and seeks to understand their unique needs to guide treatment. Her therapy style prioritises education and patient-centred care throughout the treatment journey.
Outside of work, you will catch Teale enjoying food, travelling or hanging with her dog, Moscow.
